From Blown Speakers
How appropriate.
With freezing winds blowing across Toronto's Nathan Phillip's Square, the New Pornographers let it rip and gave an amazing show. I've been wanting to see them live for at least a year, never been able to make it until Saturday. Any musical mess-ups can be forgiven because of the cold, which was extreme.
We all got "funky" after a word slip, were entertained by piano-playing in mittens, and danced and rocked our frozen toes off. I have never been so pumped at a concert.
Would I go again? In a second.

what? it's, like, cold there or something? it's february - i thought winter was over? isn't it 10 degrees and sunny like it is here?
and, also, where's nico? you mean you saw the new pornographers without her? is that even worth it?

my bad on the mispelling of ms. case - i started it and all y'all followed, but it was clearly my fault. i apologize, mostly to her, because i love her.
unfortunately, robbie, neko resides in chicago (because she's too smart to live in vancouver) but bejar hippies it up all the time in my hood. lookin all arty and hyperliterate and stoned.
so, yeah, i'm a snotbag, but i can and will take anyone who comes out here to the new pornographers.
